GENERAL DESCRIPTION
  • Mobile edition is a program containing a database of companies, organizations of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh designed for mobile phones
  • Mobile edition is trilingual (Armenian, Russian, English)
  • Mobile edition has 2 versions:
    • "Short version" - 3500 companies, organizations
    • "Full version" - 9000 companies, organizations and state structures
  • Mobile edition has a search facility - by company name
  • Mobile edition makes it possible to call directly the company selected
  • Mobile edition program takes up very little space in the cell phone memory (up to 400 KB)
  • Mobile edition is released 3 times a year - together with the release of "Spyur’s" directories and CD editions

Mobile edition IS FREE OF CHARGE
and does not require Internet-connection when in use


SECTIONS AND BUTTONS OF THE PROGRAM
(it is possible to view the sections of the program by clicking the "Options" button of the phone)

    Search
    • This section makes it possible to search for companies by name. For this purpose it is necessary to enter the first letters of any word of company name (as the search is done by first letters of words) and click "Go" button.
      The input must be done in the language the information is presented in.
      It is necessary to enter at least 2 letters for search.
      As company names are in capital letters in the program, it is recommended to search only in capital letters.
    Search result
    • The search result displays the list of companies (company names) in compliance with the search criterion. If the number of listed companies exceeds 10 then the list is displayed in pages, where each page contains 10 companies. The current page number and the total number of pages are indicated on the top of each page. To pass from page to page it is necessary to click the following buttons which appear after clicking "Options" button:

      First page Pass to the first page
      Last page Pass to the last page
      To view the data of the company (company name, phone number) it is necessary to select the company from the list and click "View" button.
    View
    • Presents the data of the selected company:
      • company name
      • phone number
    • To make a call to the presented phone number it is necessary to click "Call" button.
    Call
    • Makes it possible to call directly the company selected.
    Language
    • Makes it possible to change the language of the program. After selecting the language it is necessary to reload the program.
    Advertisers
    • Presents the advertisers of the current edition (5 companies). When operating the program this page opens as a start page.
    About release
    • Presents information on the current edition.
    Help
    • Presents information on how to use the program.
    Exit
    • Makes it possible to terminate the program.

  • available memory: 240 KB - for short version, 400 KB - for full version

PROGRAM DOWNLOAD AND INSTALLATION
    Program download and installation by phone:
    • access to the Internet by phone
    • enter www.spyur.am/mobile web address
    • click the button "Short version" or "Full version" below the title "Download to mobile phone"
        The program is automatically installed on the corresponding section of the phone (e.g. Applications, Gallery, Games) under the name of "Spyur_YellowPages" or "Spyur_YellowPages_F".
    Program download and installation by computer:
    • access to the Internet by computer
    • enter www.spyur.am/mobile web address
    • click the button "Short version" or "Full version" below the title "Download to computer"
    • unzip the zip-format file moved into the computer
    • send the unzipped jar and jad files to the phone by means of a wire or wireless connection (e.g. Bluetooth)
      After the files are sent into the phone, install the program on the corresponding section of the phone (e.g. Applications, Gallery, Games) under the name of "Spyur_YellowPages" or "Spyur_YellowPages_F".


HOW TO OBTAIN THE MOBILE EDITION OR HOW IT IS DISTRIBUTED
    Possible to download from "Spyur’s" website free of charge (www.spyur.am/mobile)
    Mobile edition is provided free of charge together with CD edition (it is included in the same disc):
    • to all companies and organizations registered with "Spyur-Register" by delivery
    • to non-registered companies and organizations after visiting "Spyur"
    • to state authorities and institutions
    • to embassies and consulates of foreign countries in Armenia
    • to embassies and consulates of Armenia abroad


HOW A COMPANY CAN BE INCLUDED IN MOBILE EDITION
    In order to be included with full information in the mobile edition, any company or organization operating in Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenian diaspora should be registered with "Spyur-Register". For this purpose it is necessary to fill in the application form for registration on www.spyur.am or get in contact with "Spyur" and call a commercial representative.
