*Main job responsibilities*		Answering calls and online inquiries via computer Provision of information on products and services offered by companies and organizations
*Requirements*		Competent speech High sense of responsibility Language skills: Armenian - excellent, Russian - good, English - fair Computer skills: basic Gender: female
*Work schedule*		Shift work: 5 days a week, 5 to 8 hours per day, according to a pre-arranged schedule Night shift: once every 2 weeks, 9 hours (working remotely from home) In case of working 7 hours or more per day, a 1-hour break is provided
*Payment*		Salary (including taxes): from 120,000 to 200,00 AMD (includes hourly pay, night-shift pay, overtime pay, holiday pay, and bonuses)
*Medical insurance*		Provided upon request, with 50% covered by the company
*Workplace*		"Spyur" office: Yerevan, Kievyan 5/4
